The China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF) welcomed 20 students from the Yenching Academy of Peking University to Hong Kong on June 15. The group came from eight countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Latvia, Ecuador, Belarus, Germany, and China.

While at the CUSEF headquarters, the students took part in a dialogue, discussing Hong Kong's development, global climate change, and public health policy. They also shared their experiences of daily life in Beijing and the experiences that shaped their commitment to China studies.

During their five days in Hong Kong, CUSEF arranged for the students to meet with leaders from the political, business, and media sectors, and visits to local museums to deepen their understanding of the city's history and cultural heritage.

The Yenching Academy, a graduate college based at Peking University, cultivates global leaders through interdisciplinary scholarship on China, fostering cross-cultural dialogue and international understanding.
