The China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF) welcomed a delegation of students from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies to China.

The delegation embarked on a visit to Beijing from March 17th to 20th, students had the opportunity to explore iconic landmarks like the Juyongguan Great Wall and the Forbidden City.

They also visited institutions like the National Development and Reform Commission and Peking University, exchanging views with officials on China’s economic policies and development and having discussions with professors and students in Peking University.

Meanwhile, the delegation met with analysts at Silk Road Fund, a key player in supporting the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) through investment and financing.

After Beijing, the student delegation ventured to Yunnan, one of China’s most unique provinces, often known for its diverse population and scenery. They visited the Center for International Knowledge on Development and historical sites like the Flying Tigers Museum. 

The students also engaged with scholars and students from the Institute of International Relations at Yunnan University, as well as with representatives from Yunnan Provincial Energy Investment Group Co., LTD. and the Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group.
