High-Level Dialogues are aimed at building trust through ongoing dialogues and open interactions. We create open spaces for discussion between officials of the highest order from both the U.S. and China, providing insights into the China-U.S. relationship at the highest level.

CUSEF sponsored its 11th U.S.-China High-Level Security Dialogue in 2017, partnering with the EastWest Institute to lead a delegation of senior U.S. experts to Beijing.
