Dee is the President of Brands and Retailing for Tessellation Group, where she also serves as a Director.
She is a board member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s Hong Kong – Europe Business Council and serves Hong Kong – ASEAN Foundation Advisory Council as a member.
Dee is also involved with the Y.L. Yang Foundation, Asia House, Our Hong Kong Foundation, Mind HK, The Conference Board's Asia Corporate Leadership Council, Harvard University's Asia Center International Advisory Committee, Oxford Saïd's Ownership Project Family Advisory Council, MIT Sloan School of Management’s MIT Kuo Sharper Center for Prosperity and Entrepreneurship Business Circle, Bloom KKCA Academy, and the Global Steering Committee of Social Entrepreneurship to Spur Health. In 2014, she was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and a Fellow of the Aspen Institute's China Fellowship Program.
Actively engaged in the arts, serving on the International Council of Tate and The Museum of Modern Art (New York). She is also a Council Member of the China Arts Foundation and a board member of Asia Art Archive. Her short film "An Exercise in Futility" was screened at the Beijing International Film Festival and the Cannes Film Festival.
Also, Dee had editorial roles at iLook Magazine and Modern Weekly, focusing on sustainability. Her retail venture DYSEMEVAS in 2008 showcased emerging Chinese design. She holds a BA in philosophy from Harvard University.
