CUSEF Hosts Roundtable with Shanghai and Hong Kong Experts

An eight-expert delegation from the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) visited China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF) on December 13.

CUSEF hosted a roundtable discussion with SIIS and Hong Kong experts, exchanging ideas on the rapidly changing U.S.-China relations and Hong Kong’s recent development on constitution and economy.

The roundtable speakers included Andy Tung, Vice Chairman of CUSEF; James Chau, President of CUSEF; Yan Anlin, Director of SIIS Academic Committee; Shao Yuqun, Director of SIIS Institute for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau Studies; Li Cheng, Founding Director of HKU Centre on Contemporary China and the World; Jiang Yaping, Research Director of the Chief Executive’s Policy Unit; Jane Lee, President of Our Hong Kong Foundation; Heiwai Tang, Director of HKU Asia Global Institute; and Eden Woon, President of The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

Founded in 1960, the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) is a leading think tank in China, renowned for its research on international studies and China's foreign policy.
