US-China Forum 2015 held at the University of Chicago

The U.S.- China Forum, co-organized by the China-United States Exchange Foundation, the University of Chicago Office of Global Engagement, the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago (EPIC) and the Paulson Institute was successfully held on 19 May, 2015. This year’s program was focused on the climate change challenge and on the U.S.-China relations. The morning session on climate change featured renowned Chinese and American environment and energy experts. The session also featured former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Hank Paulson with Professor Michael Greenstone as the moderator to discuss about issues on climate change. The afternoon session focused on the U.S.-China relations and featured a keynote address by Madame Fu Ying, Chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee, 12th National People’s Congress, People’s Republic of China.
