The University of Chicago China Forum 2017

The 3rd China Forum co-organized by the University of Chicago and our Foundation was successfully held on Oct 12th. This year’s Forum shed lights on the theme of “Innovation on the Urban-Rural Continuum” where scholars, policymakers, private-sector practitioners were invited to examine how innovations in rural and urban settings are shaping our political, cultural, and economic dialogues. As an opening keynote speaker, Prof. Cui Liru, Senior Advisor and Former President of China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR), was invited by our Foundation to express his views and visions on US-China relations. His speech was followed by a moderated dialogue with Mr. David Rank, former acting ambassador at the US Embassy in Beijing.
