Educational programs nurture trust and understanding between the future leaders of our two great nations. In addition to high-level exchange programs, CUSEF also outreaches to grassroots and young adolescents by organizing several of study programs, in collaboration with elite universities, community organizations, and other educational institutions every year.

Partnering with the Harvard University Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation and the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), CUSEF organized the second Harvard Kennedy School China Study Group visit where 17 HKS graduate students were able to visit Beijing, Xi’An and Shanghai.

On March 18 – 27, in collaboration with the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), the Foundation organized a Chicago Harris School China Study Group .

December 28, 2015

In 2015, the Foundation, together with Beijing Foreign Studies University, Beijing Language and Culture University and Hangzhou Wanxiang Polytechnic, successfully hosted 7 African American student groups.

April 13, 2015

In collaboration with Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, the Foundation organized a group of 14 students to visit Beijing and Shanghai in March 2015. The theme for this program focused on China’s economic development and Chinese culture.
